Michael Stapelberg 84ce4ccfbf add gokr-pull-firmware and gokr-pull-kernel 
These tools automatically create pull requests for the latest upstream
version of the Raspberry Pi firmware and Linux
kernel (respectively). They are to be run periodically, e.g. via
Travis cron jobs.
