Automatically prune jellyfin dependencies using both Directory.Packages.props from upstream git repo and exclude system dependencies brought in by other dependencies
  For example both jellyfin and Duende.IdentityModel.OidcClient depend on Microsoft.Extensions.Logging.Abstractions
  which is now automatically pruned from the publish directory

`jprm repo build`: builds the plugin and updates the manifest in a single command
Parse xml using ElementTree module
Parses slnx files
Add targetAbi CLI option
Get version from python installation
Type the plugin metadata files
Change URL arguments to a format string
Extract hostname, owner and project from the current repo for URL format string
Automatically set ExcludeAssets="runtime" on jellyfin packages
Add changelog CLI option for `jprm repo build`
Allow auto incrementing revision

Only supports `Directory.Build.props` in base directory.
Should fix jellyfin/jellyfin#11238
