timmy b3f405a956 Web Interaction revamp 
Inject js into auth iframe to use ApiClient instead of implementing it manually
Use a more standard method of injecting json into the auth page
Inject html head section from index.html to get proper styling on custom pages and access to ApiClient when logged in
Remove SSOViewsController. Add linking page to SSOController
Copy security headers from Jellyfin Security
Move all web files into Assets
Update all links to repo
Display OIDC redirect url and start url
Set default values as placeholder values
Fix js setting null values so that xml serialization will persist the value
